6. The transmission and moving parts of the newly installed machinery must be inspected, tightened, refueled and maintained within one week of use; thereafter, they must be regularly inspected and maintained every month;

1. Regularly check the screws of each part of the packaging machine to avoid loosening.
2. Pay attention to the waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and rat-proof of electrical parts. The inside of the electric control box and the wiring terminals must be kept clean to prevent electrical failure.
3. The two heat-sealing rollers should be in the open position when shutting down to prevent scalding the packaging materials.
4. Lubricate the gears of the packaging machine, the oil hole of the bearing with a seat and the moving parts at regular intervals. When adding lubricating oil, please be careful not to drop the oil on the transmission belt to prevent slipping and loss of rotation or belt aging damage.
5. The sealing part of the food packaging machine should be cleaned frequently to ensure the sealing effect of the food product.
6. Frequently check the inspection of the various components of the food packaging machine. For example, check the cleaning effect of the material pipeline and the material top tank; check whether the components are fixed, whether the bolts and nuts are tight; check the lubrication of each cylinder and its sliding rod; check the gaskets and seals of each pipeline joint for timely discovery problem.
